The servers of Wix.com, which provides our website infrastructure, and Usercentrics, which provides cookie consent management, may be located abroad. When these services are used, your personal data (e.g. IP address, order and contact details, cookie preferences) may be transferred abroad. These transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

  • know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,

  • request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

  • request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,

  • request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,

  • object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,

  • claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may exercise these rights at any time.

9. How to Apply

You can send your requests under the KVKK, together with information that identifies you,

  • in writing to Kemerkaya Mah. Kahramanmaraş Cad. No:7 Onbaşı İşhanı Kat:1 İç Kapı No:38, 61050 Ortahisar / Trabzon.

Your requests will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
