Hoodie Pen Holder – 3D-Printed Desk Organizer

This product is made to order in the Deniz Sanat workshop in Trabzon, Turkey.

• We use 3D printing, laser engraving and sublimation printing.

• To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth.

• Keep 3D-printed and printed items away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight.

• Colours may look slightly different from the photos depending on your screen settings.

Ready-made items (non-personalised items sold with the standard options on our site): you may return them within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. An email or a WhatsApp message is enough to notify us.

• Items must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition, preferably in their original packaging.

• Deniz Sanat covers the return shipping cost. Please contact us before sending the item to receive the return shipping details.

• Your payment is refunded by the original payment method within 14 days at the latest of your withdrawal notice reaching us. iyzico is only the payment intermediary.

• Personalised items (processed with your photo, name, logo, text or design, or made with a colour, size or model outside the standard options): under Article 15/1-ç of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal. Once production has started, they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

• Faulty, broken or wrong items (all products): contact us with a photo or video, preferably within 3 days of delivery and without using the item. If the fault is ours, the item is remade free of charge, replaced or refunded, and we cover the shipping cost. Your statutory rights for defective goods are reserved.

• Your order ships after the stated production time and never later than the legal limit of 30 days.

• We currently ship within Turkey only. Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout.

• Deniz Sanat is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

• If the package arrives damaged, ask the courier to record a damage report and do not accept the package. Damage claims made later for packages accepted without a report may not be accepted.
