Your payment is refunded by the original payment method within 14 days at the latest of your withdrawal notice reaching us. iyzico is only the payment intermediary.
Personalised items (processed with your photo, name, logo, text or design, or made with a colour, size or model outside the standard options): under Article 15/1-ç of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal. Once production has started, they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Faulty, broken or wrong items (all products): contact us with a photo or video, preferably within 3 days of delivery and without using the item. If the fault is ours, the item is remade free of charge, replaced or refunded, and we cover the shipping cost. Your statutory rights for defective goods are reserved.
